| 内容： | Disclosed is a dielectric ceramic having a crystal grains mainly composed of barium titanate and an intergranular phase formed between the crystal grains. This dielectric ceramic contains magnesium, yttrium and manganese respectively in a certain amount in terms of oxides relative to 1 mole of barium constituting the barium titanate, while containing ytterbium in a certain amount in terms of oxides relative to 100 parts by mass of barium titanate. The crystal grains have an average particle diameter of 0.05-0.2 [mu]m. A capacitor having high capacity and stable capacity-temperature characteristics can be attained by using such a dielectric ceramic as a dielectric layer. |
