| 内容： | A ceramic vibration generator comprises several parallel power generation units and an excitation power supply. The power generation unit includes a container unit (N). A fixed positive plate (M) is positioned in the middle of the container unit (N) in order to separate the container unit (N) into two individual chambers. Conductive pieces are respectively positioned in the individual chambers so as to form four individual chamber units (A1, A2, B, C) in the container unit (N) finally. Airflow passages (O, P) are respectively provided in the individual chamber units (B, C). The fixed positive plate (M) has via holes (D). The excitation powersupply is connected to the fixed positive plate (M) and the conductive pieces. |
