内容: | The invention relates to a process for producing a multilayer ceramic composite (6), in which two green ceramic sheets (1.1 to 1.n) from a base material (A) are cut to size, at least one opening (3.1 to 3.n) for a functional inlay (4) or for a surface cavity (7) is introduced into one of the green ceramic sheets (1.1 to 1.n), a stack is formed from all the sheets (1.1 to 1.n, 2.0 to 2.n), and a functional inlay (4) made from an active material (C) or an auxiliary inlay (5.1 to 5.n) made from a first auxiliary material (B), both materials (B, C) having shrinkage properties which deviate from the shrinkage properties of the base material (A), is inserted into each of the openings (3.1 to 3.n), the sheets (1.1 to 1.n, 2.0 to 2.n) are laminated, sintered with the assistance of pressure and re-machined, wherein at least one auxiliary sheet (2.0 to 2.n), which is formed from the first auxiliary material (B) or the active material (C) or a second auxiliary material (D) with shrinkage properties which deviate from those of the base material (A), is added below and/or above the green ceramic sheets (1.1 to 1.n), wherein at least one of the auxiliary sheets (2.0 to 2.n), at at least one location which is aligned with an opening (3.1 to 3.n) in at least one of the green ceramic sheets (1.1 to 1.n), is provided with a corresponding opening (3.1' to 3.n', 3.1" to 3.n", ...), and the corresponding opening (3.1' to 3.n', 3.1" to 3.n", ...) is filled with an auxiliary inlay (5.1 to 5.n) formed from the base material (A) or one of the auxiliary materials (B, D) or the active material (C), and wherein all the auxiliary sheets (2.0 to 2.n) and each of the auxiliary inlays (5.1 to 5.n) are removed after the sintering. |
