| 内容： | A ceramic heater having a rod-like ceramic body with a metallized layer partially formed on the outer circumferential surface of the ceramic body, and a tubular metal fitting in which a part of the ceramic body is inserted, wherein the inner circumferential surface of the tubular metal fitting and the metallized layer are brazed with a brazing material. The ceramic body has a diameter-reduced section whose one end is positioned in the tubular metal fitting, positioned more on the side of the one end than the metallized layer, and whose diameter is reduced toward the one end side. The gap between a part of the diameter-reduced section and that part of the tubular metal fitting inner circumferential surface that faces the diameter-reduced portion is filled with the brazing material. Consequently, the brazed structure such as the ceramic heater has a highly reliable brazed joint exhibiting excellent durability even under severe conditions of high temperature, high pressure, etc. |
