内容: | To solve problems such that a conventional dielectric ceramic composition for high frequency use is formed by being fired at a high temperature of 1,350-1,400°C which is too high as the firing temperature for a material for a laminated capacitor, a conventional laminated capacitor is manufactured with a complicated process to require time and labor in the manufacture, the miniaturization or the multi-lamination of the laminated capacitror is diffcult because of fear of the occurrence of a structural defect due to the difference of thermal shrinkage between an adhesion layer and a ceramic layer and the conventional dielectric ceramic composition for high frequency use is fired at a very high temperature of 1,300-1,500°C, requires the addition of a larg quantity of CaTiO3 having small nagative inclination of the temperature characteristic to cause high relative dielectric constant of 16 at 0 ppm/°C. ! The dielectric ceramic composition is a dielectric ceramic comprising a mixed crystal consisting essentially of a forsterite crystal phase of a 1st main component and a crystal phase of a 2nd main component comprising an oxide containing Ti. In the dielectric ceramic, D90 of the crystal particles and the aggregate of the 2nd main component in th mixed crystal in the cross-section of the dielectric ceramic is ≤4 μm. ! (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
