| 内容： | To solve the problem wherein cracks and warps in a firing process have been occurred conventionally in manufacturing ceramic sintered bodies. ! The ceramic sintered body is manufactured by a manufacturing method comprising a first process of placing a ceramic green compact 1 on a base 2, and arranging a top plate 3 opposed to the base 2 above the base 2 interposing the ceramic green compact 1 between them, having the top plate 3 not in contact with the ceramic green compact 1, and heat-treating the ceramic green compact 1 at a temperature lower than its sintering starting temperature; and a second process of firing the ceramic green compact 1 by heat-treating it at a temperature higher than the heat-treating temperature in the first process in the state of having the top plate in contact with the ceramic green compact 1, to obtain the ceramic sintered body. !
