内容: | To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which has a high dielectric constant, maintains insulation resistance for a long time, has the capacity temperature characteristic satisfying X8R characteristic (-55 to 150°C, ΔC/C is within ±15%) of the EIA standard, can be sintered in a reducing atmosphere, has improved IR temperature dependence and also has an excellent lifetime for high temperature acceleration. ! The dielectric ceramic composition comprises: a major component containing barium titanate; the first minor component containing MgO; the seventh minor component containing MnO or Cr2O3; the eighth minor component containing Al2O3 ; and other specific minor components (the second, the third, the fourth and the fifth minor components). For 100 moles of the major component, 0.2-0.75 mole of the first minor component, 0.1-0.3 mole (here, the molar number of the seventh minor component is expressed as the ratio relative to the amount of Mn molecule or Cr molecule) of the seventh minor component, and 0.5-4 mole (except for 4 moles) of the eighth minor component are used. The amount of Mg molecules in the above first minor component and the amounts of Mn molecules and Cr molecules in the above seventh component have the relationship of, 0.3≤(Mn+Cr)/Mg≤0.5, in molar ratios. !
