内容: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic structure capable of manufacturing a ceramic structure having a small coefficient of thermal expansion and excellent thermal shock resistance and dimensional accuracy without impairing the intrinsic characteristics of aluminum titanate (AT), by low-temperature firing of 1,350 to 1,500°C. ! The ceramic structure composed of the aluminum titanate is manufactured by subjecting a composition powder mixture containing ≥45 mass% aluminum sources in terms of Al2O3. ≥5 mass% boehmite, and ≥30 mass% TiO2 among the aluminum sources, as starting raw materials, to molding, drying, and firing at 1,350 to 1,500°C. ! (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
