| 内容： | An assembly device of a support mat includes: a push-in unit (7) provided in a vertically movable tool base (6) to push a ceramic catalyst carrier (14) together with a support mat (13) into a recess (3a) of a shaping die (3); a first and second pressing units (8, 9) for pressing press both end portions of the mat (13) from side faces to curve them along an arc-shaped upper surface of the carrier (14); pressure rollers (10) provided at the both pressing units (8, 9) to press the both end portions toward the carrier (14); a tape presser (11) in the push-in unit (7) for pressing an adhesive tape (15) to an upper surfaces of engagement portions of the depression (13a) and the projection (13b) in a gap formed between the both rollers (10) and operating with the push-in unit (7) in pushing the carrier (14) and mat (13) into the recess (3a) of the shaping die (3); and a push-up unit (12) provided on a bottom of the recess (3a) to push up the carrier (14) and mat (13). |
