| 内容： | To provide dielectric ceramics such as BaNd2Ti5O14 and BaNd2Ti4O12 which are obtained by a combustion synthesis method and have excellent sintering behavior, and to provide a method for production thereof. ! There is provided an oxide-based dielectric ceramic represented by the composition formula, BaNd2TimO2m+4 (3≤m≤7; and m is an integer). The ceramic is obtained by blending the reaction materials including at least the Ti powder having a specific surface area of 0.01-2 m2/g, Nd2O3, BaO2 and an ionically bonding substance being an oxygen-feeding source in the prescribed ratios, respectively and synthesizing by the combustion synthesis method in which the adiabatic flame temperature is ≥1,500°C. !
