The method employs an energizing pattern having an alternating pulse mode in which one of a positively-polarized anode-type pulse mode and one of a negatively-polarized cathode-type pulse mode alternately appear before or after one or more of the anode-type pulse mode or one or more of the cathode type pulse mode; and of which the waveform is a deformed sinusoidal waveform in which a peak position of the current waveform is deviated from a central position of the pulse. !
