内容: | A process for producing ceramic sheets which comprises: a metallic-paste production step in which a palladium paste not diffusing in ceramics is produced; a metallic-film formation step in which the palladium paste is used to form a metallic film on a surface of each of ceramic green sheets in such a thickness that ceramic layers to be formed through burning do not communicate with each other in the direction of layer superposition; a multilayer structure production step; a burning step in which the layered product obtained in the multilayer structure production step is burnt at a burning temperature which is a high temperature at which no vitreous components remain on the surfaces of the ceramic layers to be obtained through burning and is not higher than the decomposition temperature of the ceramic material constituting the ceramic layers; and a separation step in which the resultant sinter is immersed in n-butyl alcohol to remove oxygen present at the interfaces between each ceramic layer and the adjacent metallic layers and separate the ceramic layers from the metallic layers. Thus, ultrathin ceramic sheets can be highly efficiently produced without breaking. The process facilitates application to electronic parts of the multilayer type. |
