| 内容： | There is provided a method for manufacturing a filter utilizing a ceramic porous membrane comprising the step of depositing a film deposition slurry (9) containing framework particles comprising a ceramic on the surface of a porous substrate (1). The slurry (9) contains an organic polymer for expanding gaps among the framework particles to control the micro-pore size of the porous membrane by the weight ratio between the framework particles and the organic polymer in the slurry (9), thereby enabling a porous membrane having a desired micro-pore size to be formed irrespective of the particle size of the framework particles. |
