| 内容： | This invention provides a piezoelectric ceramic composition comprising a bismuth layered compound containing at least Sr, Bi and Nb, for example, (Sr0.9Nd0.1)Bi2Nb2O9 as a main component and Cu in an amount of not more than 2 parts by weight (excluding 0 (zero) part by weight), preferably not less than 0.04 part by weight and not more than 0.5 part by weight, in terms of CuO based on 100 parts by weight of the main component. From the viewpoint of improving sinterability, preferably, not less than 0.1 part by weight and not more than 2 parts by weight, in terms of MnCO3, based on 100 parts by weight of the main component, of Mn is incorporated. The piezoelectric ceramic composition does not cause a deterioration in piezoelectric properties even upon a rapid temperature change and can be used for the production of piezoelectric components such as piezoelectric actuators and piezoelectric resonators. |
