| 内容： | A die for extrusion molding with which moldings can be efficiently produced at a high rate and which retains a long life. With the die, a molding free from cracks, deformation, etc. can be produced. The die for extrusion molding is characterized by comprising a molding groove part, a material feed part, and an outer frame for fixing a die main body comprising these parts to the front end of an extruder, the die main body having a shape comprising a platy molding groove part which is smaller than that molding groove part and protrudes from a nearly central part of the platy material feed part, and the outer frame comprising: a die-holding part formed so as to cover that part of the material feed part which projects from the periphery of the molding groove part; and a peripheral part formed so as to surround the periphery of the die-holding part. It is further characterized in that when the thickness of the molding groove part, that of the material feed part, and that of the die-holding part of the outer frame are expressed as X, Y, and Z, respectively, then they satisfy the relationships (1) 3=X=6, (2) 5=Y=10, (3) 3.5=Z=8.5, (4) 0.8 |
