| 内容： | To provide a ceramic composition for obtaining a ceramic substrate capable of enhancing acid resistance of the ceramic substrate while maintaining good sinterability in spite of containing a glass component to enable firing at relatively low temperatures. ! This ceramic composition is a mixture of borosilicate-based glass powder comprising 28-50 wt.% SiO2, 36-55 wt.% MO (MO is at least either of CaO and MgO), 0-20 wt.% Al2O3 and 5-17.5 wt.% B2O3 and ceramic powder containing ≥1 wt.% ZrO2, which comprises 40-80 wt.% borosilicate glass powder and 60-20 wt.% ceramic powder, respectively.
